LCA Student Life
Lafayette Christian Academy provides a variety of extracurricular activities for 5th-12th grade students. The activities provided are Jr. and Sr. BETA clubs, 4-H, Student Council, Spanish Missions Trip, cheerleading,Knight Life, and athletics.
Chapel attendance at LCA is a vital part of our program. Students and staff worship together once a week. In addition to our chapel services, from time to time small group prayer meetings are held. In these meetings, students have an opportunity to share their Christian experience on a more intimate level. The Lord frequently moves in these meetings to meet students' spiritual needs as they pray with and for each other.
High academic standards must be maintained to be a member of clubs. Each sponsor will issue guidelines and academic eligibility to maintain membership.
